Basically the form loads and user picks a choice from the combo box. If the input is right /equals the real answer then score = score 1.
My thought was to have a Log Handler class to which I would pass a JText Field.
Then anywhere I felt the need to pass the status of my operations, I could just update the text.
I am making a ui in which there are two jtextfields.
I want is when user inputs in the first jtextfield it should mirror in the second jtextfield with an increment of 1 and if the user inputs in the second Jtext Field it should mirror in the first jtextfield with a decrement of 1.
Even if you are not modifying it in this class or this program, you may want to extend the class and use those Components in the subclass.
I would like to know how to change the name of the textfield name, so that I can change the code to be more user friendly.
At the moment nothing happens until the total time of 3 seconds has elapsed, after which the whole string appears at once in the text box.
What can I do to force the JText Area to update itself on screen during the method?
The println shows messages scrolling in the text window, but I don't see them in the text field, just the last one, so I assume they are still all updating at once when the event queue empties.
